Start with the network
Open another streaming app or website on the same device. If that also fails, restart the router and check the device’s Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection. Test speed at the device, not only on a phone beside the router.
For a television, Ethernet can reduce interruptions caused by distance or congestion. If Wi-Fi is necessary, place the router where the signal is strong and pause large downloads while testing.
When a playlist does not load
Double-check the exact server address, username, password, or M3U URL from your activation email. An extra space or missing character can cause a login error. Make sure you selected the correct login method inside the app.
If the app was recently updated, restart it and refresh the playlist. Do not repeatedly share credentials across new devices while debugging, because a simultaneous connection limit may be reached.
When video buffers or freezes
Test several channels. A single problematic stream can indicate a source issue, while failures across all channels point more often to a network, account, or app problem. Lower the stream quality if the player offers that setting.
Close background apps, restart the player, and verify device storage is not full. Record the channel name and approximate time before contacting support.
When EPG or VOD is missing
Refresh EPG data and check the device time zone. Guide information can load independently from channels. For movies or series, ensure the player has completed catalog synchronization and that the appropriate category is not filtered out.
A feature may vary by channel or player. If you can watch live TV but not replay, send support the app name and channel you tried.
Contacting support clearly
Provide your plan duration, device model, player name, error message, and the steps already tried. A short screenshot of a non-sensitive error can help.
Never include a full password, activation URL, payment card number, or personal document in a public post. The support team can request sensitive details through a suitable private process if required.
